About the Newsletter

Hey there! I’m Nico- I work a desk job full time, but spend evenings and weekends working as a personal trainer & health coach. For the past 3 years, I’ve worked with clients at The University of Texas at Austin. I recently started my own coaching practice and started my newsletter to help desk workers get out of pain.
I started this newsletter because I spent my first years out of college constantly in pain, feeling like a zombie after working my desk job. I solved most of my own issues, and want to help others do the same.
We have way too many years of desk work ahead of us to try and power through the discomfort.
